Registered Refurbisher Regional Service Centers

  • Organization name
  • Registered Refurbisher ID, if you have one
  • Country or region
  • Detailed message describing your request
  • Ensure that you state this is a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher query in the Subject line of your email

Asia

Japan:
Customer services representatives can accept e-mail enquiries in Japanese and English.
Taiwan:
Customer services representatives can accept e-mail enquiries in Traditional Chinese and English.
Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam:
Customer services representatives can accept e-mail enquiries in English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Korean.

Europe, Middle East and Africa
